In the meantime, here’s a little more information about our company and what to expect next.

We are a custom home builder that specializes in building homes for customers on their property. We have plans that we have built for other customers that may work for you or we can build any plan that you select from our Forever Home portfolio on our website. We can even build a plan that you’ve found online or from a plan book. If you are interested in a custom home, we would need to get together and discuss the details, including the finishes and amenities that you want to experience in it. Then we can give you an accurate and detailed quote for your new Forever Home to be! One thing is certain, we will help you find a plan that fits your family’s needs and budget.

Cost Components

There are 3 major costs for you to consider when building a new custom home.

  1. The first major cost is the property. There are some properties that we are typically already aware of in your area of interest. When you visit our design center, we can show you some of them and find one that may work for your budget.
  2. The second major cost is the home itself. It will be our pleasure to provide you with the price details once we have a plan that you love and that fits your budget. We’ll discuss details right down to the finishes that you like so that you’ll have an accurate and professional budgetary quote.
  3. The third major cost component is the site work. Depending upon your home site, this could include driveway, septic system or sewer line, well or water line, utilities, site leveling and excavation. We are happy to provide this work for you if needed. If you choose to use our excavators, etc., please know that we do not markup their costs. Other home builders and contractors may do so.
